Cadillac introduces new standard safety features for 2022. It includes automatic emergency braking with pedestrian detection, rear parking sensors, GM's safety alert seat, which vibrates in the direction of a potential danger (for example, vibrating on the left when a car is in the left blind spot), a rear-seat reminder, and teen driver. A surround-view camera system, blind-spot monitors, active lane control, adaptive cruise control, automatic high beams, and GM's Super Cruise hands-free highway driver-assist system are also available to buyers.

There is a wide range of driver-assist technology available, including adaptive cruise control and lane-keeping assist.
