The Cadillac CT5 replaced Cadillac's previous midsize luxury sedan, the CTS, last year. While the 2021 CT5 lacks the performance potential of its predecessor (a high-performance variant is on the way), it is an improvement over the CTS in almost every other way.
The interior is more comfortable and upscale, and the in-car technology and available driver aids make it a much more compelling offering in comparison to the class leaders. The CT5 gets even more features for 2021, including wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto smartphone integration, which means you can use these systems without a USB cable. There's also a digital instrument cluster and Cadillac's Super Cruise, which is one of the most advanced driver aids available on any vehicle today. In certain situations, it allows for hands-free highway driving, though you must still keep your eyes on the road.

What Is the Price of a Cadillac CT5?
The 2021 Cadillac CT5 has the lowest starting price among luxury midsize cars, at $36,995. Only a couple of other segment rivals sell for less than $40,000, while more than half of the class starts at more than $50,000.
The CT5 is available in three higher trim levels, starting at $40,795, $41,795, and $47,795. All models come standard with rear-wheel drive, with all-wheel drive available for an additional $2,000. The CT5 comes standard with a turbocharged four-cylinder engine, but a twin-turbocharged V6 is available for as little as $44,295.
