Cadillac's infotainment system is jam-packed with features. It's also, for the most part, simple to use. The touch screen responds quickly, and there are numerous on-screen shortcut menus. There are physical controls as well, such as a rotary dial, but some critics believe it lacks functionality, making it ineffective.

All XT4 models come standard with an 8.0-inch infotainment system that includes Cadillac's CUE software. The touchscreen is clear and sharp, and it is tucked slightly into the dashboard. The interface is also fairly simple to use, and in addition to touching the screen, the user can interact with it via a console-mounted knob. Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, an onboard Wi-Fi hotspot, and a seven-speaker audio system are all standard features; navigation and a 13-speaker Bose audio system are optional.

The available Technology package (available on Premium Luxury and Sport models only) includes a digital gauge cluster, a head-up display, and a wireless smartphone charging pad.

A 13-speaker Bose stereo, wireless device charging, and navigation are among the available infotainment features.

Dual-zone automatic climate control, remote start, and proximity keyless entry are also standard.
